Kevin McCann is President and Founder of KMAC Advisors, LLC and is responsible for its Real Estate and business development advisory business. With thirty seven years of investment banking experience, Mr. McCann has lead and successfully completed advisory and financing transactions totaling several billion dollars for public and private real estate, mortgage finance, specialty finance and depository institutions. He has broad experience in the public and private markets in the origination, structuring, underwriting and distribution of the following investment banking products: investment grade and high yield debt securities, syndicated bank loans, securitization finance offerings, equity securities, corporate strategic advisory assignments, rating agency advisory assignments, and mergers and acquisition transactions.

Mr. McCann was previously a Managing Director in the Real Estate Finance and Financial Institutions Investment Banking Groups at Deutsche Bank Securities where he was a Senior Banker covering Mortgage and Real Estate Finance, Mortgage REITs and Specialty Finance companies from 1999 through 2010. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank Securities, Mr. McCann was a Managing Director at Bankers Trust Securities from 1989 through the Deutsche Bank acquisition of Bankers Trust Company in 1999. At Bankers Trust Securities, Kevin worked in the Real Estate Finance Group and was responsible for merchant banking activities including: financing advisory assignments as well as the structuring and placement of syndicated bank facilities for its Real Estate and Mortgage Real Estate Finance clients. Mr. McCann began his banking career in 1982 at Chase Manhattan Bank where he was a Vice President in the Real Estate Finance Group and later worked in Mortgage-Backed Securities industry at Irving Securities, Inc. and Westpac Pollock Government Securities, Inc.

Mr. McCann received a Masters degree in Public & International Affairs from the University of Pittsburgh and BA degree from the State University of New York College at Cortland. He also holds, or has held, positions at organizations including: Institute for Shipboard Education-Semester at Sea Program, The Mortgage Bankers Association, Boston College Parents Council, Returned Peace Corps Volunteer Council, Delbarton School Parents Guild, Concerned Citizens of Montauk and Barnes Landing Association. Mr. McCann holds NASD Series 7 and 63 registrations.
